What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the digital currency of Imagemotion, which you use to generate content. You can see your balance next to your avatar. Each image or video generation costs a specific amount of credits, which are deducted from your balance as you create.
Do my credits expire?
No. Your credits never expire. Whether you use them all in one day or over the course of a year, they will remain in your account until you are ready to use them.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can purchase any credit pack at any time. If you start with a Starter pack and realize you need more volume for a big campaign, you can grab a Pro or Turbo pack whenever you like.
What payment methods do you accept?
We support a wide range of payment options. Credit Cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay to make your checkout process as seamless as possible.
Is there a limit to how many credits I can buy?
There is no limit. You can buy multiple packs to ensure you have credits to use our tools and generate ads. The larger the pack you choose, the better the value per credit.
